The Company Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract and retain a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
This role focuses on managing new talent through successful acclimation with the organization. The Company Recruiter is the first point of contact from the interviewing process through the onboarding and hiring process. The secondary role of this position consists of being an employee ambassador via employee relations, employee rewards/recognition, and employee engagement and satisfaction.
Leads the complete recruiting cycle which entails identifying, recruiting, and screening potential candidates for specific positions in the organization. This involves job posts, screening and evaluation, interview process, pre-employment process and oversees the new hire orientation.
